The Kids’ and Maternity Consignment Sale gives families the opportunity to buy and sell gently used Kids’ and Maternity items in a department store like setting offering everything new parents need: maternity, baby, and kids. The innovative concept, now hosting it’s 4th sale since it’s inception, is quickly revolutionizing the way families buy and sell their children’s things across “We’ve added an extra day to our sale, due to the high demand. We found ourselves open two-three hours past our closing time, because there were so many buyers, eager to take advantage of the thousands of items at low prices” says Alejandra Marrero-Brelage, co-founder of Lolliposh and mother of two. “The sale is not only a way for parents to stretch their dollars by purchasing at a fraction of retail, but also a way to add to their income by selling their gently-used kids’ items. Moms, expectant moms, grandmas, aunts and others can save hundreds of dollars by purchasing nearly-new items at a fraction of retail.” More than 40,000 children’s items will be for sale in one location and more than 800 shoppers are expected to visit the three-day sale. Items for sale include kids clothing (newborn up to tween sizes), toys, shoes, coats and boots, Halloween costumes, books, movies, furniture, strollers, high chairs, nursery decor, baby and toddler items, sporting and play equipment, electronics, maternity items and much more--anything having to do with kids! At Lolliposh, consignors clean out their closets and attics of the items their kids have outgrown. They select the price, print out and attach a price tag and drop off their items prior to the sale. The Lolliposh Team then displays and sells the items. After the sale, consignors receive a check within 10 business days.
