Plantation Unit of Parliamentarians PDF Print E-mail
Thursday, 08 April 2010 15:05

gavelThe Plantation Unit of Parliamentarians was established in 1985.  The group consists of people from all walks of life, interested in Parliamentary Law. As a result of this groups knowledge, the meetings are well run, and presided over much very professionally.

If you have ever been to a meeting, such as our council, advisory boards, or any organization, the meeting depends upon motions to complete an agenda.  The Parliamentarians have been trained as how to run a meeting, including the agenda, and by-laws.  This is a great learning experience for Homeowners Associations, clubs, and government agencies.

The Plantation Unit of Parliamentarians are also members of the Florida State Association of Parliamentarians, and National Association of  Parliamentarians

The Plantation Unit meets the 1st Tuesday of the Month at the Plantation Community Center, located at 5555 Palm Tree Drive.  The meetings are FREE, and open to the Public.

For more information please call Carol, at 954-791-2156
